I am a licensed mental health counselor with experience in the mental health field since 2019. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Farmingdale State College and went on to receive my Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from Long Island University.

I have extensive experience working with adolescents, young adults, and adults. My clinical work is grounded in creating a safe, affirming, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I am especially passionate about working with individuals within the LGBTQIA+ community and those navigating challenges related to self-harm, school related stress, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders.

My therapeutic approach is collaborative and tailored to each individual’s needs. I utilize evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy (CCT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Together, we work to build coping skills, increase self-awareness, and foster meaningful, lasting change.

I believe therapy is not about “fixing” what is broken, but about helping people reconnect with their strengths and create a life that feels authentic and fulfilling.

"Therapy is a space where healing begins the moment you allow yourself to be seen, supported, and understood.”
