We accept most major insurance plans. Once you reach out, our intake team verifies your benefits and lets you know your exact copay or coinsurance before scheduling.

Our private pay rate is $125 per session. We accept credit, debit, and HSA cards. HSA cards may also be used for copays and deductibles.

Yes. HSA and FSA cards can be used to pay for sessions, copays, deductibles, and coinsurance.
Sessions & Scheduling

Sessions are 45–53 minutes, based on your insurance. Private pay sessions are 53 minutes.

Most clients come once per week, though frequency depends on your needs and goals.

Yes. Many of our therapists offer evening or weekend sessions.

Absolutely. If your therapist doesn't feel like the right fit, we can easily rematch you—no pressure, no judgment.

No. We provide therapy only. If medication is needed, we can help connect you with a psychiatrist or prescriber.
Paperwork & Intake

We’ll gently talk through your needs and match you with the therapist who best fits your goals, preferences, and schedule.

You’ll receive a link to our secure SimplePractice portal to complete your forms.
You’ll sign documents, add insurance info, add a credit/debit/HSA card, and complete a brief questionnaire.
Everything takes about 5–10 minutes total, and is easiest on a computer or tablet.
