Emma R. Martin, Esq.
Legal & Administrative Officer
Supporting the Practice Behind the Scenes
As Legal and Administrative Officer, I help ensure that Lightpath Counseling Group operates in an organized, responsible, and compliant way.
My work includes supporting compliance with healthcare laws and social work credentialing requirements, maintaining and updating practice policies and procedures, and assisting with employee-related matters.
Much of my work happens behind the scenes, but it plays an important role in helping the practice maintain clear processes and stay aligned with applicable professional and regulatory standards.
Professional Background
My legal and social work education gives me a perspective that bridges both the regulatory and human sides of operating a mental health practice.
I support the administrative systems that allow the clinical team to stay focused on providing care while ensuring that practice operations remain organized and consistent with professional requirements.
