Everyone’s experience is unique, and I employ a variety of techniques and resources to help you work towards growth and change. I have experience working with and supporting individuals with various mental health concerns including anxiety, stress, depression and difficult emotions. My therapeutic approach is compassionate and nonjudgmental, and my priority is to create a safe, warm and comfortable environment where you feel heard and supported.
